Refunds Policy

    1. Absolute no refunds for any merchandise opened, consumed in entirety or in part, or beyond its expiration date.
    2. Requests for a monetary refund are reviewed on a case by case basis with final decisions at the sole discretion of Vaping Koi.
    3. We will gladly extend a full cash refund on unopened and/or undamaged merchandise if returned in the original packaging and within 14-days of the original date of purchase.

Exchanges & Returns

We will gladly exchange product on the condition that it is returned unopened, undamaged, and in the original factory sealed packaging within 14-days of purchase.
A fifteen (15%) shipping and delivery fee will be deducted when issuing a refund to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 7 to 14 days for a refund to post to your bank or credit card, as the time frame varies depending on the individual bank.


How Exchanges and Returns Work

Once your returned is received and inspected, we will email you confirmation that we have received your returned item. Next, we will let you know if request for a refund, exchange or return has been approved or rejected.
If your request for a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a monetary credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment instrument/method of payment, within three to five business days.
