By submitting your payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable payment method. 6. Shipping and Delivery 6.1. Shipping: We ship to Canada, USA. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected. 6.2. Delivery: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Any delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed. 7. Returns and Refunds 7.1. Returns: We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 15 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. 7.2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 8.
